Michael Stone, who is married to “Big Bang Theory” actress, Mayim Bialik, will be getting a divorce. Stone and Bialik were married for nine years and have two children. Both are very involved with being parents to their two boys.
The announcement was made the day before Thanksgiving. The news was posted on Bialik’s website where she claims the two are deciding to divorce due to the often cited reason of “irreconcilable differences.” Considering the fact that each are very involved with attachment parenting, the hope is that Stone continues to play an active role in both of his son’s life.
Going forward, the couple claims their main priority is navigating how to transition their boys into having two loving homes. Statements like this would lead one to believe that both parents plan on continuing to have active parenting roles.
Of course, while it is too early to tell, it’s important to keep in mind that while many divorces may start as amicable, once things like child custody and visitation schedules come into the mix, the divorce can suddenly turn quite tumultuous.

For even if things seem to be running smoothly, the nature of the divorce can quickly change, especially when emotions and children are involved.
